Introduction
Super quick lite desert that can be whipped up in the time it takes to sit and eat dinner. I've whipped it up when I've had un expected company and it always goes over big. I've done this for diabetics but you can use regular jello and fruit flavored yogurt and fruit of your choise. Ingredients

1 lg. pkg. raspberrie suger free jello
1 Dannon Light and fit raspberrie flavored yogurt 6 oz. size
1 cup raspberries or other fruit
1/4 c grapenuts cereal
Directions
-prepare jello according to the directions. Place in fridge until almost set. don't panic if you forget it's there and it sets it will still work.
-Place set jello in blender and wizz.
-Add yogurt. Wizz it up nice and frothy. It will be runny but it will set up while you are eating your meal.
-Put some fruit in the bottum of 4 glass bowls or glasses.
-Sprinkle 1 tsp grapenuts on fruit.
-Pour 1/8 jello mixture on fruit and repeat.
garnish with remaining grapenuts and 3 raspberries or a strawberrie, blueberries what ever flavor you have chosen.
Tip: to make Jello set in about 20 min. use ice cubes insted of cold water stiring to melt
Regular jello makes a firmer desert. Sugar free jello just scant the boiling water and you will get the same results.
