Ingredients

    1- 4 cup carton of Swanson Natural Goodness Lower Sodium Chicken broth
    1 large frozen boneless, skinless chicken breast (6ounces)
    1/2 Large onion ruff chopped
    1/4 cup celery with tops diced
    1 cup frozen peas and carrots
    2 cups fresh spinach
    2 teaspoons onion powder
    RONZONI Smart Taste Spaghetti (2 oz. dry) cooked according to instruction on box.
    3 cups water
    2 teaspoons fresh garlic minced
    2 teaspoons of Italian Seasoning
    4 Tablespoons Shredded Parmesan Cheese
    Pepper to your taste

Directions

Pour the whole box of Chicken broth into medium sauce pan. Add frozen chicken breast and bring to a boil. Turn heat down to a simmer and add onion and celery. Simmer until chicken is mostly done, about 15 minutes, and remove chicken to a cutting board to cool. While it is cooling add peas and carrots to the simmering pot along with the onion powder, Garlic, Italian Seasoning.Cut your chicken into bite size pieces and return to the pot. Add spinach last and the water to make more broth. Turn off the heat and allow flavors to come together. Serve with 1 tablespoon shredded parmesan cheese on top. Serves 4 good sized bowls.
