Ingredients

    4 Oranges (Or 1 Cup of Orange Juice)
    6 California Tangerines (Cuties Clementines)
    2 tsp Ginger Root
    2 Lemons (Or Juice of two lemons)

Tips

Recipe calls for 1 1/2 cups (or one can) of Coconut Milk. You can substitute with Coconut Water.\

2 TBLS Chia Seeds
4 TBLS Raw Honey
20 drops Echinacea
4 TBLS melted Coconut Oil

1 Cup Spinach, tightly packed or 2 cups loosely packed (or any other mild greens)

Directions

Blend the ingredients in the following order:

1. Blend the wet and dry ingredients first.
2. Blend the greens. (If using.)
3. Blend the fruit and additional ingredients until smooth.

Blending this way allows the dry ingredients to be blended for the longest, the greens will fit in your blender and your fruit gets less blending.
