    3 sweetpotato, 5" long Sweet potato
    8 tbsp Earth Balance Natural Buttery Spread
    6 tsp Ginger Root
    6 tsp Sugar In The Raw
    3 tsp Kosher Salt, Diamond Crystal (by BERTFRAY2010)

Tips

Best with Ceylon cinnamon, allspice and black pepper for seasoning. Add before baking.


Directions

Bake at 375 til soft, mash with fork.
