Introduction

This is a great, quick dish that makes a perfect side for fish, chicken, or meatloaf. This is a great, quick dish that makes a perfect side for fish, chicken, or meatloaf.

Ingredients

    1 Small to Medium Small Cabbage
    1 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil (may use less)
    1-2 tablespoons of vinegar
    salt (to taste)
    fresh ground black pepper
    1/2 cup of vegetable broth (Kitchen Basics)

Directions

Wash and shred cabbage
Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Drain cabbage and add to oil. Allow cabbage to sautee for approximately 5 minutes on Medium-Low heat. Make sure to toss cabbage while cooking to prevent burning. Add seasoning, broth, and vinegar. Allow to simmer for about 10 minutes. Let sit for a few minutes covered! Enjoy
