Ingredients

    2.5 cup Lentils
    1 serving Wonder 100% Whole Wheat bread, 2 slices
    2 tbsp *Flax Seed Meal (ground flax)
    1 tbsp Soy Sauce
    .33 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    3 clove Garlic
    1 serving Bragg - Premium Nutritional Yeast Seasoning (1Tbsp/5g)
    .5 tsp Onion powder
    2 tbsp Canola Oil
    1 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese

Tips

Grind the flax seed separately. Time does not include cooking time for lentils.


Directions

Grind flax, cook lentils, mix everything together in food processor. Probably should mix ground flax seed with a little water before adding it in to the mixture. Fry in oil, top with cheese

Serving Size: Makes 11 burgers
