Introduction

About 5 grams of carbs per serving. You don't really taste the pumpkin. It thickens the soup nicely & adds valuable nutrients. If you like a thicker soup, stir about 1/2 teaspoon of xanthan gum to get the right consistency without adding carbs. About 5 grams of carbs per serving. You don't really taste the pumpkin.
