Ingredients

2 cup Quaker Oats Old-Fashioned Rolled Oats
1 tsp Baking Powder
2 cup Milk, 1%
0.25 cup Egg White--All Whites 100% liquid egg whites
3 tbsp Maple Grove Farms 100% Pure Maple Syrup
2 tbsp Crazy Richards 100% natural Peanut Butter
2 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, fresh (sliced into 1-1/2" slices)
Tips
Top each serving with 1/4 cup Greek Nonfat Vanilla Yogurt and enjoy! IF you love chocolate, top off your serving with a tsp. or 2 of chocolate chips!
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly spray a 10" x 7" baking pan (I used a lasagna dish) with PAM or other cooking spray.
Whisk together the oats and baking powder in a medium bowl, then stir in the milk, maple syrup and egg whites until well combined. Stir the peanut butter (you can use smooth or crunchy) into the oatmeal mix until thoroughly combined. Pour into the baking dish and top with the sliced bananas. Baked for 35-40 minutes until the mixture is set and edges are brown Allow the baked oatmeal to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
