Ingredients

    1.5 extra large (9" or longer) Banana, fresh
    2.0 extra large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    1/4 C. Splenda
    1 Tbs. Cinnamon, ground
    1 Tbs. Vanilla Extract
    1 C. Plain nonfat Greek yogurt

    1/3 C. Quaker Oats - Old Fashioned Oats
    1 Tbs. Flaxseed
    1 Tbs. Chia Seed

    1/4 C. Kodiak Cake Power Cakes Protein Pack Flapjack and Waffle Mix

    1/ C. Pecans halves broken into pieces
    1/4 C. Nestle Real Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Add first 6 ingredients to blender (Bananas, Eggs, Yogurt, Cinnamon, Splenda, Vanilla) and blend. Blend Oats, Flaxseed, and chia seeds in Magic Bullet or food processor until course flour consistency. Add Oat flour and Kodiak Pancakes mix to blender and blend. Scrap sides with spatula, mix in Pecan pieces and Chocolate Chips.
