Introduction

What a great and Quick dish for a warm Sunday afternoon! Spicy and Salty BBQ shrimps served with sweet Mango and Papaya Slaw, as well as the slight bitterness in the Citrus Jasmine Rice make this dish one that touches all of the taste buds. Shrimp sizes are graded by how many each are in a pound, so 16/20 means that there are between 16 and 20 shrimp in each pound (jumbo size). What a great and Quick dish for a warm Sunday afternoon! Ingredients

4 ea 16/20 Shrimp peeled and deveined.
    4 ea Bamboo skewers
    2 oz (2 T) Kame Szechuan Sauce

Directions

1. Soak your bamboo skewers in water for at least 1 hour. This will help prevent them from burning when you put them on the grill.
2. Place 4 shrimp on each skewer. I like to put 2 skewers on them because it helps them to stay in one place when grilling and are much easier to turn.
3. Rub about 2oz of the Szechwan sauce on the shrimps, and let marinate for 15 minutes.
4. Grill the skewers for about 4 minutes or so on each side depending on your grill heat. When they are firm, they are done.
