Ingredients

    6 graham cracker rectangles( crushed), 4 tsp margarine, 2 tbsp frsh lime juice, 1 envelope of unflavored gelatine, 1/3 cup sugar, 1 1/2 cups plain non fat yogurt, 1 tsp vanilla extract,grated lime zest.

Directions

preheat oven to 350 . Spray 9 inch pie plate with nonstickspray. Combine graham cracker crumbs and margarine and press into pie pan.Bake until firm(3 to 5 min)

In another bowl toss sliced banans with lime juice.Save 1 cup for garnish and place rest of bananas over the crust.

In a saucepan sprinkle gelatin over 1/2 cup cold water,let stand 2 minutes. Add the sugar and cook over med high heat,stirring constantly until boils and sugar and gelatin dissolve (2 to 3 min).

remove from heat and whisk in the yogurt and vanilla. pour on top of bananas. arrange remaining bananas on top. sprinkle with lime zest. Chill for 2 to 3 hours
