Ingredients

3 cups Swiss Chard (sliced Thinly)
2 Portobella Musrooms (small cubes)
1 Zuccihini (Halved and Sliced)
1 small Carrot (grated)
1/2 Pepper (yellow sliced)
1/2 cup Salsa
1/2 Pkt Taco Seasoning
1 cup water
300g Lean Beef Mince
1/4 Onion
1/2 Pkt Tasty Cheese Sauce
3/4 cup water
50 g Edam Cheese grated
1 tsp White Miso
Directions
Heat oven to 180 degerees
Cook the Mince, the Onion, Mushrooms, Taco Seasoning, Salsa and Miso and Water in Fry pan. Cook Pasta in boiling water and drain.
Slice and grate the Chard, Zucchini, carrot and Pepper and put in casserole dish. Once Mince is browned and pasta is cooked add into casserole dish and stir up ingredients. Make Cheese sauce with boiling water as required and pour over top and the sprinkle cheese on top.
Bake for 20 mins covered and then remove cover and grill for 5 mins or until cheese is golden.
Serving size is 1 cup.
