Introduction

Tacos or rice bowls...yum!!! Tacos or rice bowls...yum!!!

Ingredients

    1.0 tbsp Fish Sauce
    2.0 tbsp Thai Chili Sauce
    1.0 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    4.0 clove Garlic
    6.0 tsp Ginger Root
    40.0 oz Pork Tenderloin
    15.0 tsp unpacked Brown Sugar
    12.0 leaf, large Iceberg Lettuce (salad)
    4.0 cup broccoli slaw (broccoli, carrots, red cabbage), shredded

Directions

Cook first 5 ingredients in a wok with a little oil...add pork, cook thoroughly... Add brown sugar to coat, pork will release water, cook till pork is caramelized, don't stir much, just enough to not burn...cool...add to lettuce like tacos & add veggies either raw or cooked

Serving Size: Makes 12-24 lettuce wraps
