Introduction

A basic avocado spread, that can be used for many things. A basic avocado spread, that can be used for many things.
Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    1 fruit without skin and seeds Avocados, California (Haas)
    1.5 fl oz Lemon Juice
    1 dash Salt

Tips

You can add other seasonings to this spread. I like to add garlic and a touch of cayenne pepper to it. It can also be mixed with equal amounts of salsa and sour cream, to make a nice dip for nachos or chips.


Directions

1. Slice in half the avocado, slicing around the seed. Remove the seed. Scoop out the avocado.
2. Place the avocado into a small bowl. Mash the avocado with a fork.
2. Mix the avocado with the salt and the lemon juice. Mix until well blended.
