Introduction
This recipe was adapted from the book "The Everyday Low Carb Slow Cooker Cookbook" by Kitty Broihier and Kimberly Mayone. The original called for bottled teriyaki sauce and requried marinating.My family really liked this. Ingredients

1 3/4 to 2 lbs of flank steak
1 large onion, sliced
1 large red bell pepper, seeded & sliced
1 large green bell pepper, seeded & sliced
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 TB rice vinegar
1 TB toasted sesame oil
1 TB honey
1/4 cup water
Directions
Cut flank steak into two pieces. Mix together the liquid ingredients.
Put 1/3 of onion & pepper slices into pot; and drizzle with a little bit of the soy sauce mixture. Add one piece of meat, another 1/3 of onions and peppers, and drizzle on some more liquid. Add hte second piece of steak, add the remaining onions & peppers and drizzle remaining liquid over all.
Cook on low for 8 hours. Take meat out of pot and slice across grain. If desired, drain pepper & onion mix, reserving juice, and reduce juice by 1/2 on the stovetop. Toss all ingredients back together and serve over hot rice or noodles.
