Ingredients

    1 cup Spinach, fresh
    1 cup, shredded Romaine Lettuce (salad)
    1 wedge (1/4 of medium tomato) Red Ripe Tomatoes
    .25 cup, quartered or chopped Apples, fresh with skin
    2 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted
    .5 oz Blue Cheese
    .5 oz Walnuts
    .5 serving Sunsweet, Dried Cranberries, 1.5 oz

Directions
