Ingredients

2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 serving Chicken Breast - Whole Large (by TETKOWBA)
10 serving Garlic clove (by ROBI101)
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw
0.125 cup Trader Joe's Dry Toasted Pignolias Pinenuts (by SHIMMERMAMA)
5 serving Indian, Aromatic Basmati Rice, aprox 3/4 cup (precooked)
4 Tbsp Seven Spices mixture
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
In a skillet, combine oil, chicken, garlic, onion, pinenuts and salt. Cook on medium heat until meat is thoroughly cooked, 7-10 minutes.
Add a portion of the Seven Spices (see below). This amount is according to taste, but you should begin with at least 2 tablespoons. Mix thoroughly with chicken.
Add a little of the Seven Spices, a tablespoon or two at a time, to the basmati rice and mix thoroughly. This step varies according to personal taste. (You could also cook a tablespoon or two of the spices with the rice as it is boiling if you'd like.)
Mix rice and chicken mix together and serve.
Seven Spices Mixture:
An Arabic spice mix, also known as baharat.
2 tablespoons black pepper
2 tablespoons paprika
2 tablespoons ground cumin
1 tablespoon ground coriander
1 tablespoon ground cloves
1 teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
½ teaspoon ground cardamom
Combine all ingredients well. Store in an airtight container.
