Ingredients

    18 serving Chicken-Perdue Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast, 4oz
    3.25 cup Tomato, Crushed (Contadina) - 1/4 Cup (61g) 13 per container (by KODAKINS)
    1 large Onions, raw
    20 medium Mushrooms, fresh

Tips

Cut as much of the fat off your chicken as possible before cooking.


Directions

Add in a 28oz can of crushed tomatos into a 5qt or larger skillet with a tight fitting lid. Add in your cut up onions and mushrooms, filet your boneless breasts of chcikena and add it all in and cook on low-med with lid on until cooked. Portion out and lave out until it cools down then refrigerate and or freeze for future meals.
