    5.0 spear, medium (5-1/4" to 7" long) Asparagus, fresh
    1.0 cup Zuccini Squash
    2.0 serving Mushrooms, Fresh, White Button, Sliced (3 oz / 85g)
    1.0 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    1.0 serving Yellow Bell Pepper, 1 serving equals 1.8 oz or about 10 strips
    4.0 clove Garlic
    2.0 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Directions

Chop. Mix. Coat with Olive oil. Bake 425 for 20 min
