    2 tbsp Crisco Pure Vegetable Oil
    1 cup Lundberg Sprouted Short Brown Rice
    .33 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    .5 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper
    37 gram(s) bell pepper, red, sweet, raw
    .25 1tsp Sesame Oil
    1 tsp Soy Sauce
    3 tsp Sriracha Hot Sauce (Rooster sauce)
    .25 tsp Pepper, black
    .25 tsp Garlic powder

Directions

Saute veggies, then add cooked rice and egg. Stir until egg isn't runny.
