Ingredients

12 medium Shrimp, raw
3 serving Noodle, Bean Thread, Mung Bean, Orchido Brand, 1 bundle = 1 cup (by CHEFTINK1)
4 serving Bacon - Pork 1 medium slice pan fried
2 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw
6 tsp Ginger Root
3 tsp Garlic
1 tsp Peppercorns, black
5 tbsp Cilantro, raw
2 tbsp Fish Sauce
2 tbsp Kikkoman Gluten Free Soy Sauce (by COREYMCLELLAN)
1 1tsp Sesame Oil
.75 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
2 spear (about 5" long) Broccoli, fresh
Directions
1. Soak the bean threads in warm water for ~10 minutes while you prepare the other ingredients.
2.Make your spice paste by pounding the garlic, ginger, black peppercorns, and cilantro together in a mortar and pestle.
3.Make your soy sauce mixture by combining the fish sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil, and water.
4.Layer your ingredients in a covered frying pan in the following order: (from bottom to top: bacon pieces, the spice paste, bean thread noodles, shrimp, soy sauce mixture, celery, and broccoli).
5. Cover and cook over medium heat for 20 minutes.
6.Once done, mix all ingredients together and enjoy!
