Ingredients

    2.33 cup Flour, Martha White Self-Rising (by JEN2B6)
    0.5 stick Butter, unsalted (Frozen)
    5 tbsp Shortening, Crisco (Stick, frozen)
    1.33 cup Buttermilk, lowfat

Directions

Preheat oven to 425. Into a large bowl sift flour. Grate or cut in butter with a pastry cutter, or fork. Repeat with Crisco shortening. Mix well, breaking up any large lumps of shortening that form. Add buttermilk. Gently fold in until a wet dough forms. Spoon portions (Medium to large sized) of dough onto a floured surface. With flour on your hands toss floured dough between hands gently to form a small round ball. Place in greased cake pan or deep cookie sheet. Repeat process and place biscuits with sides touching. Bake at 425 for 25 minutes.
