Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    2 cup, chopped or diced Broccoli, fresh
    2 cup, strips or slices Carrots, raw
    18.56 oz Atlantic Salmon (fish) (.5 filet option = 198g)
    12 tsp Mrs. Dash (R) Lemon Pepper Seasoning Blend
    1 serving Lemon, fresh squeezed, juice of one whole lemon
    6 pat (1" sq, 1/3" high) Butter, salted

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 F.
spread broccoli florets and carrot slices across the bottom of 13x9 pan
Cut Salmon Filet width-wise into about 1-1/2 inch pieces. Place on top of vegis
Spread a thin layer of butter/margarine over each salmon steak.
Slice lemon, and place 1 slice of lemon on top of each salmon steak.
Squeeze lemon juice out of unused portion of lemon evenly over each ste ak.
Bake for 15-20 minutes.

Serving Size: 1 4.5 oz salmon fillet and 1/2 cup vegis
