Ingredients
-
1 T Olive Oil
1/2 small Onions, chopped or sliced thin
1/4 medium Red Pepper, sliced thin
3-5 Mushrooms, sliced
3-5 Radishes, sliced
10-20 Snow Peas
2 clove Garlic, minced
1/2 tsp Ginger Root, grated
1/4 - 1/2 tsp Mrs Dash
1 tsp Honey
1 tsp Low-sodium Tamari
1/2 cup Beans
1 cup Fresh Spinach
Tips
The NI for this shows the sodium for regular soy sauce, but I used low-sodium tamari.
Directions
Prep all the vegetables to liking. I prefer them sliced thin; you may prefer them on the chunkier side.
Add all veggies, except spinach, with oil in hot skillet. Saute until everything is tender (peas will remain crunchy), stirring frequently.
Add seasonings and beans, cook for 1 minute. Then add Spinach and cook until desired wilt.
