Ingredients

    10.0 oz Spinach - Dole Baby Spinach
    1.0 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    1.0 clove Garlic
    12.0 oz Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk
    4.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    1.0 cup Egg White--All Whites 100% liquid egg whites

Directions

Saute chopped onion, garlic, spinach in fry pan sprayed with cooking spray. Cook until spinach is wilted. Spray a 13 by 9 cake pan with cooking spray. Layer spinach mixture on bottom of pan. Beat eggs and egg whites together and add cheese. Stir until well combined. Pour on top spinach mixture. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
