Ingredients

    Beef chuck, arm pot roast, 4 lb (remove)
    *Kikkoman Lite Soy Sauce, 8 tbsp (remove)
    Garlic, .2 cup (remove)
    Carrots, raw, 1.5 cup, chopped (remove)
    Lima Beans, 1.5 cup (remove)
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, chopped (remove)
    *Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 1 cup, chopped (remove)
    Peas, frozen, 1.3 cup (remove)
    *Potato, raw, 1.3 cup diced (remove)
    *Yams, 1.2 cup, cubes (remove)
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)

Directions

Season pot roast with pepper, garlic, meat tenderizer, soy sauce. Add cut veggies (except peas and yams) and remainder of soy sauce. cook in crock pot for 6 hours.

During the last 30 minutes, add the peas and yams
