Ingredients

    2.0 oz Applegate Farms- Uncured Black Forest Ham (2 slices)
    2.0 serving Thomas' 100% Whole Wheat English Muffin
    1.0 serving Eggs - Scrambled - 1 Large Egg
    1.0 serving Egg white, large
    1.0 serving Cheddar Cheese - Sargento Reduced Fat Medium (1 slice)

Directions

In a small bowl, combine whole egg and egg white with 2 tbls of skim milk. Scramble egg mixture in skillet on medium high heat. When mostly solid, turn eggs over to cook other side. Eggs should break apart but try to keep large portions together. Set aside when done. Place two slices of ham in warm skillet to heat. Place muffin in toaster. When ready put half of eggs on muffin (salt and pepper to taste) with 1 slice of ham and half slice of cheese. Repeat assembly on 2nd muffin. 2nd sandwich can be placed in freezer to be eaten later. Microwave on high 30-45 seconds.
