Ingredients

    1.0 serving Orowheat Sandwich Thins 100% Whole Wheat
    0.25 cup Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters)
    0.08 cup Spinach, frozen
    0.5 tbsp chopped Onions, raw
    0.06 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh
    1.0 serving Kraft 2% American Cheese Singles

Directions

Thaw spinach on fridge overnight. Chop onions and mushroom & add to spinach. Microwave about a minute until onions are mostly clear. Spray small microwavable bowl with nonstick spray. Combine veggies & egg until lightly mixed. Watch in microwave! Cook 1-2 minutes until most of the wet is gone, add cheese then continue to microwave it until cheese is melted. Carefully dump onto bread and make a sandwich.
