    2700 gram(s) waitrose vegetable and Kale Soup Mix with Pearl Barley - bag 450 g - measure per 225g (half pack)
    10 tsp Dijon Mustard (Great Value)
    10 serving salt
    10 dash Pepper, black
    25 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
    1 cup Barley - PEARL (1/2 cup) (by BURDEN2012)
    168 gram(s) knorr veg stock 28 gm pot
    4 serving Ground Tumeric, svg size 1 tbsp (by CERECM)

Tips

cook on slow simmer for over an hour to ensure barley cooked through, season to taste - I use veg stock for full veg option. but can use chicken stock.


Directions

add, slow cook for over an hour ensure all barley softened and veg tender. salt and pepper to taste, great as a veg base for any other additions if you want meat (chicken)

Serving Size: Mix should make up at least 16 servings (divided in to 8 tubs)
