    1 can Lite Coconut Milk
    2 T brown sugar
    2 T fish sauce
    2 T red curry paste
    1/3 c water


Combine coconut milk with curry paste. Simmer 5 minutes. Add other ingredients, simmer further 5 minutes. Serve with steamed or stirfry veg, noodles, rice, etc.
