Ingredients

    2 serving Meijer Wheat Pita - 1/2 pita (by PATED8)
    .25 serving Newman's Own Organic Marinara Sauce, 1/2 cup
    0.13 cup Mozzarella Cheese (1/4 cup) Aldi Happy Farms
    .5 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh
    1 serving Yellow Bell Pepper, 1 serving equals 1.8 oz or about 10 strips
    1 cup Spinach, fresh
    1 serving Whole Peeled Hard Boiled Eggs (1 egg)
    .5 medium (2-3/4" dia) (approx 3 Apples, fresh with skin

Tips

Can switch apple for another fruit. Could try pineapple and ham instead of egg and apple.


Directions

Preheat to 400.
Saute mushrooms and bell peppers, add spinach once veggies are almost to liking. Once spinach done dust with garlic powder.
Place pita on baking sheet cover with sauce. Top with sauteed veggies and cheese. Bake 6-8 minutes. Enjoy!
