Ingredients

    3 fruit without skin and seeds Avocados, California (Haas)
    2 large (8-1/4" long) Cucumber (peeled)
    3 cup cherry tomatoes Red Ripe Tomatoes
    .25 cup Olive Oil
    2 tbsp (C) Vinegar, Red Wine (Gr Value)
    8 dash Pepper, black
    6 oz Feta Cheese

Tips

I used English cucumbers - they're crisper and not as watery. I also used yellow and red cherry tomatoes for extra color


Directions

Cut ingredients so they're approximately the same size. Add avocado right before serving.

Mix dressing portion and cheese separately and poor over veggies.
