Ingredients

    Avocados, California (Haas), 3 fruit , very ripe and soft, without skin and seeds
    Onions, raw, .3 cup, chopped fine
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 2 Italian tomato , chopped
    Cilantro, raw, 4 tbsp (remove)
    Cumin powder, .5 tbsp
    Salt, 1 tsp
    Limes, .5 fruit (2" dia), juiced
    Garlic, 1 tsp minced
    Granulated Sugar, 1 tsp

Directions

In a medium bowl, combine onions, cilantro, cumin, garlic, salt, sugar, and lime juice. Mash slightly to meld flavors. Add pitted avocados and mash until only small chunks remain. Stir in tomato.
Serve with tortilla chips, tacos, chili, on baked potatoes, broiled salmon, or baked chicken.
