Ingredients

    130.0 medium (3/4" to 1" dia) Radishes
    130.0 Grams Carrots, raw
    250.0 Grams Cucumber (peeled)
    11.0 Grams Parsley
    1.0 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    1.0 tbsp Lemon juice
    1.0 tsp Salt

Directions

Dice carrots, radishes, and peeled and seeded cucumbers (about 2 medium sized) into 1/4 inch cubes. Chop parsley to 1/4 inch. Mix vegetables and parsley. Drizzle with Olive oil and lemon juice. Salt to taste.
