    1.0 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh
    0.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    5.0 cup Spaghetti Squash
    0.5 cup Fat Free Mozzarella
    8.0 tbsp All Whites Liquid Egg White (3 Tbsp=1 large egg's white)
    4.0 serving Black Olives - Sliced (2 Tbsp.)
    0.75 serving Hormel - Turkey Pepperoni
    0.75 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper
    2.0 cup crushed tomatoes


Cook spaghetti squash. Scrape into a bowl. Cut mushrooms and cook till tender. Add mushrooms and vegges to bowl with rest of veggies and tomatoes, seasonings s well. (Cut up pepperoni and add as well. Add egg whites to bowl. Mix, place in tw pie pans sprayed with cooking spray. Top with cheese and black olives. Bake on 400 for about 10-15 min. Serving Size: 4
