Ingredients

    3 large eggs, boiled & cooled
    3 tomatoes, quartered-ish
    1 can of tuna chunks or steaks
    1 can of asparagus spears
    Some Black Olives (Handful or so)
    Wholewheat pasta, cooked & cooled

Directions

Boil three eggs and cool them (bung in cold water in pan, count 6 mins from simmering point, then run under cold water for a couple of mins)
Boil some pasta and cool it
Quarter 3 tomatos. Bung in dish.
Chuck in the tins of tuna and asparagus (drained)
chuck in the cooled pasta
Chuck in some olives
Dress somehow. I like Paul Newman's Italian, but ymmv. Olive oil will do.
Toss about a bit
Quarter your eggs and put on top.
Eat.
