Ingredients

    Black Beans 1 cup
    White Rice 1/3 cup
    Carrots 2 medium
    Onion 1 small
    Zucchinni 1 small
    Reduced Salt Chicken Broth 3 cups.
    Tomato Sauce 1/2 c,
    Vegetable Spice 1 tsp.
    Salt & pepper

Directions

Slice carrots and zucchinni
Chop onion
Add tomatoe sauce and chicken broth
Add 1/2 tsp. salt
Add 1/4 tsp. pepper
Add 1 tsp. vegetable spice
Add rice
Add black beans

Let soup simmer on med. heat for 45 mins.
