Ingredients

    .75 cup, mashed Banana, fresh
    1 tsp Cinnamon, ground
    1 serving Maple Syrup - Maple Grove Farms Pure Maple Syrup (1/4 cup)
    1.5 serving 1 scoop Muscle Milk Vanilla Protien Powder (by ABARKO2)
    20 oz Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Unsweetened Vanilla
    8 cup Oats, Quaker

Tips

You may add any fruit in place of the banana's or add any garnish you desire. Just do not overcook the oats.


Directions

Place milk and 6 cups of rolled oats in saucepan. Heat until liquid is hot. Remove from heat immediately, do not boil. Stir in banana's, cinnamon, maple syrup and protein powder. Add last two cups of raw oats and mix well. Fill 12 pint jars and store in refrigerator. Serve cold.

Substitute any preferred fruit or garnish that you like for the banana's.
