Ingredients

    12 oz Simple Truth Boneless/Skinless Chicken Thighs (by NINTENDOUGH)
    8 oz Simple Truth Free Range Chicken Organic Boneless Skinless Breast w/Rib Meat (by PR0MAGIC)
    1 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    1 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh
    8 medium (3/4" to 1" dia) Radishes
    1 cup, strips or slices Carrots, raw
    16 tbsp Guacamole- Wholly, organic, all natural (by OMALLEYC)
    16 tbsp Homestyle Select, Chunky Salsa, medium (by WALKINGBOUT)
    2 cup Romaine lettuce serving size 2 cups fresh express hearts of romaine
    1 cup Chicken Broth, Simple Truth Organic Free Range, Fat Free (by SHELLYINOHIO)
    2 tsp Lawry's Taco Seasoning
    1 tsp Liquid Smoke (by MRSDUDLEY)
    1 tbsp Cilantro, raw
    2 tbsp chopped Shallots
    8 serving Coconut wrap (by FIT_ARTIST)

Tips

serve with Radish, Carrots, and Lettuce. Top with Homemade salsa and/or Guacamole. (all are figured into the nutritional value of this dish!)


Directions

chop onion, green onion, and mushroom. cook in fry pan with 2tbsp chicken broth until onions are brown and broth has boiled off. Place in bowl when done. chop chicken into half inch cubes. place chicken into fry pan with remaining broth. cook on medium heat about 6 minutes. add seasoning and cilantro. cook another 4 minutes. Drain meat. place meat in bowl. Place Wrap on plate, top with 4 oz of meat (more or less depending on preference) Top with 1 tbsp of Onions & Mushroom mix. Let additional toppings be optional.

Serving Size: Makes about 16- 4 oz Tacos.
