Ingredients

1 2/3 lb ground beef
1 egg
1/4 c. bread crumbs
onion powder to taste
glaze:
1/2 c. ketchup
1/4 c. packed light brown sugar
Directions
preheat oven 375F.
combine first four ingredients in large bowl.
mix by hand until just combined.
divide into three portions.
in foil-lined bake pan, put 1/4 c. water
flatten meat portions into ovals of the same size.
combine glaze ingredients.
place one meat portion in bake pan.
spoon glaze over top.
place second meat portion on top.
continue layering, ending with remaining glaze.
Bake 375F for 45 min.
Serves 4.
