Ingredients

    6 cup Cauliflower, raw
    2 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh
    1 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    2 cup Great Value Fancy Shredded Low-Moisture Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese
    .25 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
    4 cup, chopped or diced Turkey, young tom, light meat, meat only, cooked, roasted
    2 tbsp Olive Oil
    1 cup Sour Cream
    .5 cup Mayonnaise, regular (mayo)
    6 tsp Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard
    1.5 tsp Thyme, ground
    1.5 tsp Poultry seasoning

Directions

preheat oven to 375. spray pan w/ non stick spray.chop cauliflower into small pieces.then chop into rice sized pieces w/food processor.cut mushrooms into slices. chop turkey/chicken into pieces.mix sour cream,mayo, 1 cup of mozz cheese,dijon mustard,1/2 tsp thyme & poultry seasoning,1/4 cup parmesan cheese to make sauce.heat oil in skillet.saute onions & mushrooms.put in casserole dish. saute cauliflower until soft & barely brown. add thyme & poultry seasoning.put in casserole dish. add turkey.mix together. pour sauce over top. add cheese on top.bake uncovered about 40 min until bubbly.let cool 5 min.
