Introduction

For people calorie aware and family / friends who are not. For those who are not set out additional toppings, sour cream, avocado, shredded cheese, and for extra heat use jalapenos, or extra hot sauce. This recipe is well seasoned but not too spicy hot. I make this same recipe with chicken. For people calorie aware and family / friends who are not.
