Ingredients

1.0 tsp Garlic powder
2.0 dash Pepper, black
6.0 sprigs Dill weed, fresh
3.0 dash Salt
4.0 tbsp Mayonnaise, regular (mayo)
0.5 cup, chopped Carrots, raw
1.0 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) Celery, raw
1.0 clove Garlic
0.25 cup, chopped Onions, raw
3.0 medium (4-1/8" long) Scallions, raw
1.0 tbsp chopped Shallots
0.25 cup, chopped Pecans
1.5 cup Chickpeas (garbanzo beans)
1.0 tsp Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard
1.0 serving Apple - Honeycrisp, medium
1.5 tsp Lemon Juice 'Real Lemon' 100% juice
Directions
Drain and rinse garbanzo beans and set aside. Mix mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, and chopped dill, set aside. Place the garbanzo beans in a large mixing bowl and mash with a potato masher. Chop all remaining ingredients and add to bowl. Mix in dressing and salt, pepper, and season to taste.
