    0.5 cucumber (8-1/4") Cucumber (with peel)
    1 tomato Red Ripe Tomatoes
    2 fl oz Lime Juice
    1 tbsp Vinegar - Natural Rice Vinegar (Nakano)
    1 tbsp Honey
    2 tbsp Soy Sauce
    3 clove Garlic
    .5 tsp ginger minced (by MOMMA371)
    .25 tbsp Basil
    1 tsp siracha chili sauce (by ANT723)
    .25 cup 365 Organic Quinoa
    1 tbsp Pistachio Oil (by DVILL818)
    0.5 tbsp Sesame Seeds
    0.25 fruit without skin and seeds Avocados, California (Haas)
    1 tbsp Sesame Oil
    1 slice, medium (1/8" thick) Onions, raw

Directions

Cut Cucumber, Tomato, Onion, & Avocado
Mix in a bowl with quinoa
for dressing; Mix Oil, Lime Juice, Vinegar, Soy Sauce, Honey, Siracha, Garlic, Ginger, Sesame seeds in a bowl
Pour dressing over vegetable & quinoa and mix.
