Introduction

This smoothie is a full meal when you add 1 scoop of your favourite protein powder per 8 oz.     1 serving Supreme Green Veggie Puck
    1 serving Purple Power Veggie Puck
    .5 package (10 oz) Broccoli, frozen
    1 cup, chopped Kale
    .66 cup slices Cucumber (with peel)
    .5 cup, chopped Carrots, raw
    2 tbsp Parsley
    1 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw
    2 tsp Ginger Root
    2 serving Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour - per 1/4 Cup
    1 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
    0.25 cup Chia seed, 365 Organic Black (by MAJFOOD)

Tips

We prepare smoothies for a few hours and make enough for 2 weeks. Freeze 16oz in each bag and then thaw out night before.

I entered these as separate items but really:
1/4 c almond flour + 1 c water = 1 c almond milk
1/4 c almond flour + 1 c water + 1/4 cup chia = 1 c chia tapioca
