Number of Servings: 41

Ingredients

9 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, fresh
1 serving Designer Whey Gourmet Chocolate Protein Powder
93 gram(s) Dymatize Nutrition ISO 100 Hydrolyzed Whey Isolate
    2 tsp Baking Soda
1 cup Bob's Red Mill Finely Ground Almond Meal/Flour
4 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw

Tips

These are made with no preservatives, so you'll need to store them in the fridge to prevent spoiling. Taste great cold or toasted!

Directions

All bananas should be extremely ripe so they act as the sweetener for this recipe as well as hold it together.

In a large bowl, combine bananas, baking soda, and eggs and mix well with hand mixer.
Slowly add all dry ingredients, blending as you go along, until all ingredients are mixed into a batter.

Lightly spray muffin tins with olive oil or real butter cooking spray (I use organic) or use paper muffin cups (and still spray them to prevent sticking)
Scoop 2 tbsp batter into each muffin and bake at 350 degrees until done- I check for when a knife comes out clean.
