Ingredients

    2.0 cup Flour, white
    1.0 tsp Baking Soda
    2.0 tsp Cinnamon, ground
    2.0 tsp Baking Powder
    0.5 tsp Nutmeg, ground
    0.5 tsp Salt
    0.25 cup Butter, salted
    0.5 cup Baby Spinach (raw)
    0.5 cup Milk, 1%
    0.5 cup Honey
    0.5 cup, sliced Banana, fresh
    2.0 tsp Vanilla Extract
    1.5 cup Blueberries, fresh

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 325. 2. Melt butter and set aside 3. Mix together dry ingredients in a bowl 4. In a blender combine butter, spinach, milk, honey, banana and vanilla. 5. Make a well in dry ingredients and add blended mixture. Mix until just combined with some lumps. Gently fold in blueberries. 6. Scoop batter into muffin tin 3/4 full. Bake 25 - 30 minutes or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean.
