    0.13 tsp Pepper, black
    0.25 tsp Pepper, red or cayenne
    0.13 tsp Salt
    0.5 head, large (about 7" dia) Cabbage, fresh
    1.0 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw
    12.0 oz chicken sausage
    1.0 serving red potato (1 medium potato)

Directions

Heat e.v.o.o. in pan and cook potato for 5 minutes. Add onion and sausage, cook 5 minutes. Add cabbage and seasonings, cook until tender stirring occasionally. Serving Size: Makes 6 servings
