Ingredients

    2 tbsp Butter, salted
    1 tsp Cinnamon, ground
    0.50 tsp Salt
    2 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
    0.50 cup Cranberries, dried, sweetened (craisins)
    4 tbsp Kirkland 100% Pure Maple Syrup
    3 cup Kirkland Signature Organic Rice Milk (by TH_DREAMER)
    2 cup dry Oatmeal (plain)

Tips

Can substitute rice milk with any other preferred liquid such as all water, apple juice or regular milk.


Directions

Place water, rice milk, oatmeal, craisins, cinnamon and salt in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil, uncovered, over medium high heat, reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Stir in maple syrup and butter. If you prefer a thinner consistency, add 2 or 3 tablespoons or water or juice.

Add sunflower seeds or fruit options into the bottom of the bowl, and pour a hearty serving on top. Sever hot.

Serving Size: Makes approximately 8, 1.5 servings
