Ingredients

4 serving Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour - per 1/4 Cup
3 tbsp Maple Grove Farms 100% Pure Maple Syrup
2 serving 1 large egg (per the egg board) 50g
2 tsp Vanilla Extract
.25 tsp Baking Soda
Directions
Preheat Oven to 300F
Grease your donut pan & set aside
In medium mixing bowl, mix together all ingredients until smooth
Fill donut pan with mixture, filing each donut cavity 1/2 way fulll
Bake 10-15 minutes. Keep an eye on them & take them out as soon as your donuts are cooked and a skewer insterted into the middle comes out clean. Do not overcook as they will dry out.
Allow to cool before removing from tin. Eat as is or with topping of your choice.
These donuts will keep in the fridge or at room temperature. For 3-4 days stored in an airtight container.
** You can substitute maple syrup for honey/coconut nectar/agave.
***If you like things sweeter, use 1/4 c to 1/3 c of sweetners.
